I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and studied Elementary Education at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. I stayed close to home for my first four years of teaching and began my career at an EL Education network school as a founding crew member. I found my sweet spot in 3rd grade and love everything about it! Besides teaching, I like to spend time with my family in Illinois and travel as much as I can. I also enjoy working out, dancing, going on hikes, reading outside, and trying out new recipes. I currently live in Rib Mountain.
