Goals:

Continue efforts in monitoring and analyzing student achievement data to address class and individual student trends gaps in order to address the academic growth of our students at all levels. Additionally, develop a schedule of reporting data to the school board on a quarterly basis.

Maintain communication of facility referendum project and begin work on developing timeline for next District Long-Range Planning effort and development of a district calendar for specific school board actions.

Maintain line item budget plans that provide for new teacher induction/support, collaborative planning, collegial observation, teacher recognition, and professional development time for our teachers as we continue to work forward with our curricular and educational practice in preparing our students for a global society.

Continue work to meet the growing mental health needs and concerns for students and staff by making connections with parents, outside social agencies and law enforcement for the provision of opportunities for services or staff trainings to meet identified needs.
